2994 [401] Vulcan

Based at North Tyneside Railway in Northumberland.

Built in 1951 by W G Bagnall.

First ran in preservation at West Somerset Railway from 1977-1986.

Previously ran between 2009-2016 as 401 Thomas Burt MP 1837-1922.

Last major overhaul was completed in 2018.

Boiler ticket expires in 2028.

Painted in Steel Company of Wales Maroon livery.

Currently operational.

Co starred in the Flockton Flyer Episode in 1978 "Race you for It."
