Withdrawn from service in 1964.
Rescued, and has operated on the Bluebell Railway in Sussex.
It was operational in BR Black livery after returning to service in April 2015 (following its absence since 1993).
Owned by the Maunsell Locomotive Society.
First ran in preservation from 1983-1993 as 541.
Last major overhaul was completed in April 2015.
Withdrawn in 2021, due to a failed piston ring issue.
Painted in BR Black livery with late crest.
Being overhauled at Leaky Finders Engineering in Devon.
