323 Bluebell

Based at Bluebell Railway in East Sussex.

Built in 1910 at Ashford Works.

Numbered 31323 in BR days.

Withdrawn from service in July 1960.

Arrived at the Bluebell in 1960 and remained a stalwart in the Bluebell's locomotive fleet between 1960 and 1998 when it was withdrawn pending overhaul

Owned by the Bluebell Railway.

First ran in preservation from 1980-1998.

Last major overhaul was completed in March 2011, when it attended the 'Branch Line Weekend' celebrations. 

Withdrawn in the Spring of 2019, due to firebox problems.

Painted in unique 'Bluebell Blue' with the BRPS emblem on the side tanks.

Currently being overhauled in the works at Sheffield Park.
