Numbered LMS 1708 in 1923 & BR M 1708 in 1948.
Withdrawn from service in September 1964.
Owned by the Barrow Hill Engine Shed Society.
Last major overhaul was completed in 1994.
Boiler ticket expired in 2004.
To be painted in BR Black livery in the near future.
Being overhauled on site.
