Built in October 1924 by George Jackson Churchward at Swindon Works.

Withdrawn from service in April 1962.

Owned by the 4566 Group.

Left Woodham Brothers in August 1970

First ran in preservation from 1975-1979.

Then ran between 1986-1995

Last major overhaul was completed in November 2006.

Boiler ticket expired on 2nd January 2017.

Painted in BR Black livery with early crest.

Stored on static display in the Engine House at Highley, while awaiting overhaul.

Starred in the second episode of God’s Wonderful Railway in 1979.
