Built in February 1950 at Crewe Works by Ivatt.

Withdrawn from service in March 1967 after 17 Years, 28 Days of service.

Owned by the SVR 46443 Fund.

First ran in preservation from 1972-1988, plus general overhauls in between.

2nd boiler ticket was from 1990-2000.

Last major overhaul was completed in July 2001.

Boiler ticket expired in September 2011.

Painted in BR lined Black livery with late crest.

Stored on static display in Engine House at Highley awaiting overhaul.
