Built in November 1943 at Crewe by Sir William Stanier.
Numbered 8305 in LMS livery.
Withdrawn from service in January 1968.
Fitted with Balanced Motion.
It's left hand drive.
Owned by the Great Central Railway and David Clarke Railway Trust.
First ran in preservation from 1995-2000.
Previously ran from 2006-2011.
Last major overhaul was completed in 2019.
Boiler ticket expires in 2029, although withdrawn from service in 2025 due to a cracked firebox.
Painted in BR unlined Black livery with early crest.
Currently stored awaiting repairs.
