Based at Epping Ongar Railway in Essex.
Built in August 1929 by Charles Collett at a cost of £4,375 in Swindon Works, it was allocated to Bristol, Bath Road shed.
Withdrawn from service in May 1963 after 33 Years, 9 Months of service.
It has a Collett 4000 tender fitted.
Owned by the Epping Ongar Railway
Last major overhaul was completed in February 2004.
Formerly mainline certified from 2004-2010.
Its old boiler ticket then expired in 2013 and underwent an overhaul including extensive boiler repair.
Returned to service in December 2019, following overhaul.
Boiler ticket expires in 2029.
Painted in BR lined Black livery with early crest.
Currently operational.
