Normally based at Severn Valley, but currently at Tyseley Loco Works in Birmingham.
Built in November 1930 by Charles Collett at Swindon Works.
Withdrawn from service in April 1963 after 32 Years, 5 months of service.
Owned by the Erlestoke Manor Fund.
First ran in preservation between 1979-1984.
Last major overhaul was completed in 2004.
Boiler ticket expired on 5th January 2014.
From 2014 following withdrawal from service, the engine was stored on static display at Barrow Hill Roundhouse.
The engine was moved from Barrow Hill Roundhouse to Tyseley Locomotive Works for assessment in November 2023.
Painted in Great Western Green livery with Great Western Lettering.
Stored at Tyseley, awaiting overhaul.
