Based at Peak Rail in Derbyshire.
Built in 1928 by Charles Collett at Swindon Works.
Withdrawn from service in November 1961.
Last steam engine to leave Woodham Brothers scrapyard in Barry, Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales, in January 1990.
Owned by Pete Waterman – The Waterman Railway Heritage Trust.
Last ran from 2002-2012 at West Somerset Railway mainly.
Moved in 2015 from Crewe Heritage Centre for overhaul, which was completed in 2021 at Peak Rail.
Returned to service in December 2021, following overhaul.
Boiler ticket was to expire in 2031, but was withdrawn earlier than planned due to various problems.
Painted in BR unlined Black livery with early crest.
Currently stored awaiting overhaul on the Bodmin & Wenford Railway.
