Based at Telford Steam Railway at Horsehay in Shropshire.
Built in March 1925 by Charles Collett at Swindon Works & spent much of it’s working life, hauling coal trains in South Wales.
Withdrawn from service in June 1964 after 39 Years, 3 months of service.
Owned by the Telford Horsehay Steam Trust.
First ran in preservation from 1981-1991.
Last major overhaul was completed in 2008.
Returned to service in 2015, following overhaul.
Boiler ticket expired in January 2026.
Painted in BR unlined Black livery with early crest.
Currently stored, awaiting overhaul.
