7027 Thornbury Castle

Based at Great Central Railway [Loughborough] in Leicestershire.
Built in August 1949 by Charles Collett at Swindon Works.
Withdrawn from service in December 1963.
Owned by the Great Western Society's 4709 Group.
It has a single chimney fitted, but no tender will be fitted to the engine.
Never to be restored in preservation as 7027 Thornbury Castle as it's now being used for the newer project.
Boiler is now going to be used for the 4700 class 4-6-0 & the rest is to remain in a dismantled state.
No livery will be applied on this loco.
