7029 Clun Castle

Based at Tyseley Loco Works in Birmingham.
Built in May 1950 after nationalization by Charles Collett at Swindon Works.
Official withdrawn was in December 1965.
Owned by the 7029 Clun Castle Ltd
Purchased for preservation by the Birmingham Railway Museum in Tyseley.
It has a double chimney & a Collett 4000 tender fitted.
Previously ran between 1991-2001.
Returned to service in October 2017, following overhaul.
Boiler ticket expires in 2027.
Painted in BR Brunswick lined Green livery with late crest.
Currently one of 3 members of the class in service.
Currently operational.
Mainline certified [2019-2025].
