Based at Nene Valley Railway in Cambridgeshire.

Built in April 1954 at Derby Works.

Withdrawn from service in June 1968 after 14 Years, 2 months of service.

It is paired with a BR1G tender.

Owned by the Peterborough City Council who leased it to Nene Valley Railway.

First ran in preservation from 1980-1986.

Last major overhaul was completed in 2005.

Boiler ticket expired on 21st September 2014.

To be painted in BR TBC on completion.

Overhaul commenced in 2017.

Boiler repairs began in 2021.

Being overhauled at Wansford, estimated completion for 2025 or 2026.
