Built in March 1954 at Brighton Works.
Withdrawn from service in July 1965 after 11 years, 4 months of service.
Owned by the Passenger Tank Fund.
First ran in preservation from 1977-1989.
Last major overhaul was completed in 1993.
Withdrawn in 2002, due to boiler problems.
Painted in BR lined Black livery with late crest.
On static display in Barrow Hill Roundhouse shed, whilst awaiting full overhaul.
Formerly mainline certified from 1993-2000.
