Me & Dad went to Awre to look for the Adult Richard's Pipit.

The bird was very elusive during our visit by the sea wall, foraging along the track very distant.

It was also very flighty & only showed occasionally.

Other supporting cast were Stonechats [3 pairs] & Skylarks.

We also had a good & rather different view of Slimbridge WWT reserve from the other side of the Severn Estuary.
