We went to Devon to look for the Long-billed Dowitcher & Snow Buntings.

From the hide at Bowling Green Marsh RSPB were Northern Pintails, Eurasian Wigeons, Common Teals, Northern Shovelers, Black-tailed Godwits, Common Redshanks, Spotted Redshanks & a Female Marsh Harrier.

The Adult Long-billed Dowitcher only showed occasionally amongst the Redshank flock, but mostly asleep.

We went to Budleigh Salterton to see the Snow Buntings in the afternoon.

Both birds showed very well along the path east of the beach & feeding on very small seeds.

Also included a supporting cast from a European Curlew & Herring Gull.

We went back to Bowling Green Marsh RSPB as the light started to disappear.

A hybrid Goose that was a possible Swan Goose X Greylag Goose was seen with the Canada Geese.
