We went to Chew Valley Lake to look for the Waxwings. A single Waxwing was feeding on Mistletoe Berries near the entrance to Woodford Lodge & showed very well. We also went to look for Firecrest, but me & Dad missed it. At least Mum saw it. Back at the entrance, the Waxwing was still feeding on Mistletoe Berries. From the Stratford Hide were loads of Coots, Tufted Ducks, Common Pochards, Marsh Harrier & Great Northern Diver [presumbly the same bird from Barrow Gurney last year] very distantly.
