We went to Chew Valley Lake to look for the Osprey.

From Herriott's Bridge, a Female Marsh Harrier was flying over the reedbed.

Other birds included Great Crested Grebes, Common Moorhens, Common Coots, Great Cormorants, Mute Swans, Grey Heron & Great White Egrets.

In Stratford Bay were more Great Cormorants perched in front of the hide.

A Goldcrest showed very well near the carpark & along Stratford Lane.

A Peacock Butterfly basked in the sun at the Picnic Site.

Sadly no Osprey that day.
