Having heard a Great White Egret reported in Kingsgate Park that morning, we headed up to try & see it. Sadly, we've missed it by a couple of minutes. Other birds around the park included Little Grebe, Female Reed Bunting, Common Chiffchaffs, Grey Herons, Magpie, Moorhens, Coots & Willow Warbler.
