We started my birthday hoilday at Marazion Beach. The birds included Dunlin, Sanderlings, Turnstones, Common Chiffchaff, Siberian Chiffchaff, Stonechats, Rock Pipits, Pied Wagtails, Wren, Greenfinches & a Firecrest briefly. Nearby a few Redwings were feeding on Ivy Berries. We headed down to Penzance to look for the Purple Sandpipers. A few birds were seen on Battery Rocks near Jubliee Pool, also included a couple of Ringed Plover & Sanderling on the beach. At Long Rock Pool, Marazion was another Common Chiffchaff & a few Common Teals. On Ryan's Field RSPB, Hayle was a Jack Snipe feeding on the bank opposite the hide. The Ring-billed Gull showed on the Hayle Estuary by Lelant Train Station in the evening.
