We went to the North Yorkshire Moors to look for Red Grouse.
In Beck Hole, was a very obliging Robin.
We went to the North Yorkshire Moors Railway to see 5428 Eric Treacy working the 14:30 service to Pickering from Grosmont.
37264 was stabled in the platform, waiting to work the 17:45 service to Pickering.
On Newton Moor were 7 or 8 Red Grouse including a Female with Juveniles & Lapwings.
At the Forge Valley Feeders were Wood Pigeons, Nuthatches, Marsh Tits, Blue Tits, Great Tits & Stock Doves.
