We went to Slimbridge WWT to look for the Bittern & Glossy Ibis.

On the Rushy Pen was a Grey Wagtail & a few Lapwings.

A couple of Water Rails & Green Sandpiper were briefly seen from the Martin Smith late afternoon.

At least 2 Cattle Egrets were seen amongst the Cattle on the Tack Piece.

A few Great Cormorants & a Grey Heron on the Decoy Pond, but no Mandarin Ducks.

Two Glossy Ibises were seen distantly from the Ziess Hide, before being flushed by a Marsh Harrier.

A Little Grebe [Dabchick] & a few Eurasian Wigeons were in front of the Kingfisher Hide.

From Van de Bovenkamp Hide, we saw 2 Common Cranes & a Female Marsh Harrier.

We went back to the Martin Smith Hide, where the 2 Glossy Ibises showed very well feeding & foraging in front of the hide.

On the Rushy Pen were a Green Sandpiper, Common Snipes & Great White Egret.

On the South Lake from the Discovery Hide was a couple of Avocets & a Spotted Redshank.
