Me & Dad went to Slimbridge WWT. On the Rushy Pen were Dunlin, Bewick's Swans, Northern Pintails, Common Teals, Spotted Redshank & 2 Avocets. On the Tack Piece were Black-tailed Godwits, European Golden Plovers, Eurasian Wigeons & Bewick's Swans. From the Estuary Tower & apart from a flock of Greylag Geese, were a couple of unusual White Geese. The captive birds I photographed on the day included Swan Goose, Smew & Red-breasted Mergansers. A few Common Pochards showed well on the South Lake.
