We went to the Swanage Railway's Strictly Bullied II Gala last Friday.

The locos used during the gala were 34028 Eddystone, 34070 Manston [both resident engines], 34053 Sir Keith Park from Spa Valley Railway in Kent, 34072 257 Squadron also from Spa Valley Railway, 34081 92 Squadron from Nene Valley Railway in Cambridgeshire, 34092 City of Wells from East Lancashire Railway, 35006 P&O SN Co from Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway & 35018 British India Line from Carnforth WCRC in Lancashire.

In between the trains, we visited Hartland Moor to see the Silver-studded Blues, also Large Skipper & Common Darter.

Also visited Arne RSPB, to see the Dartford Warbler.

In the late afternoon & early evening, the Bullfinches were feeding on seeds near Norden Station. Once all the people left & went home, the Grey Squirrel fed underneath the picnic tables on the station platform.
