We went to Whelford Pools NR to see the Lesser Scaup.
The Male eventually showed very well on Pit 111 late afternoon.

Also Peacock, Small Tortoiseshell & Male Brimstones were on the wing.

In the surrounding Cotswolds, we saw Brown Hares, Yellowhammers, Red Kites, Barn Owl, Common Pheasants, Red-legged Partridges & Corn Buntings.
