Dad found a Grey Dagger Moth Caterpillar in our garden during the morning.

We went to Chew Valley Lake to look for the Osprey.

We spent a bit of the time in Stratford Hide & saw loads of Common Swifts flying high over the lake.

A Male Kingfisher perched on a stick in front of the hide, as another briefly hovered nearby before flying off.

A Great White Egret was seen with Little Egrets.

At Herriott's Pool was another Great White Egret & a Black Swan.

Sadly no Osprey seen that afternoon.
