Dark-edged Bee-fly visited our Yate garden this morning.
We went to Stroud to look for the Dipper.
The Adult showed very well by the railway bridge.
We then went to Selsley Common for the Green-winged Orchids & Duke of Burgundys.
Only 1 Male Emperor Moth was seen during the late afternoon.
Finally we went to Breakheart Quarry to see if any Grizzled Skippers were about.
Sadly only the Noon Fly was on the wing early evening.
Also Peacock Butterfly & Male Holly Blue.
