Built in 1942 at Brighton Works by Oliver Bullied.

Numbered 33001 in BR days & from 1980-1983.

Withdrawn from service in May 1964.

Owned by the NRM, York.

First ran in preservation from 1980-1983

Last major overhaul was completed in 1992.

Boiler ticket expired in 2000.

Painted in Southern Railway Wartime Black livery.

Currently on static display in the Great Hall.
