Breeds on small islands of America & also known as the American Flamingos.
Adults have reddish-pink plumage & are smaller on average than Greater Flamingos, but are the largest Flamingos in the Americas.
Juveniles are greyer than the Adults.
They flight with their necks outstreched.
The call is a goose like honking.
